Delivery

  • We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses.
  • It’s really important to us that your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible. That’s why we send all parcels via Royal Mail & Courier and ask for a signature on delivery.
  • Please note that we only post goods out Monday-Friday and that multiple items may arrive separately if stock is held at different locations.
  • We always do our best to despatch an order on the day you place it. During busier periods, it may take longer. Otherwise all Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be delivered within 7 calendar days after the date of Our Order Confirmation, unless otherwise agreed or specified during the ordering process.
  • For All purchases a tracking link will be sent to you via email.
  • We offer standard delivery across our website. This takes 2 to 5 working days. A signature is required
  • Orders up to £50 are £4.50 in the UK
  • Orders over £50 are free in the UK

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange or return an item, it’s no problem. We know that being able to return goods easily is part of what makes online shopping so convenient, so to make returning or exchanging your item(s) quick and easy please follow the below instructions.
  • We are happy to exchange any item for another of the same value. We will refund any returned item as long as they are still in new, unused condition with all labels attached and within 90 days of purchase.
  • Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking soles.
  • Within the UK: if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order that you would like to return something, we will credit you for the postage you paid for your delivery at our standard P&P rate. We must receive confirmation of your notification by email. We do not refund postage on overseas orders.
  • If you would like to place a return after the 7 days, you will be responsible for paying for postage. We recommend second class recorded delivery. Please obtain proof of posting and ensure adequate insurance. Please note, the goods remain your property until we receive them. We will email you as soon as we receive your return.
  • Using the returns note enclosed, please send all returns to Customer Services, The British Emporium, Merchant House, Market Square, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria, LA6 2AN
  • We only accept goods in a clean, unused condition.

Faulty Items

  • If your goods arrived faulty or damaged please complete and return the returns form enclosed with your order, along with the item(s) and return them to us, within 7 working days of receipt. Within this period any goods which arrived to you faulty or damaged will be replaced or refunded and your return postage costs reimbursed to the value of the equivalent 1st Class Signed For postage.
  • If returning a faulty or damaged item outside of the statutory 7 working days we will endeavour to rectify the fault as soon as possible, but may need to send goods away to be tested by the manufacturer. We are usually able to deal with faulty goods within 10 working days (two weeks). Please note that any used, faulty items must be returned to us in a clean condition. Wet, soiled or otherwise unclean items will be returned to sender unexamined.

Non Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Products or packaging that has been personalised
  • Perishable goods that contain food products or which have an expiry date
  • Due to health and safety legislation we are unable to accept the return of the following items, unless faulty:
    1. Worn socks, underwear, pyjamas, or swimwear
    2. Specially ordered or personalised items
    3. Earrings
