Description
Modern necklace with a wavy 3d texture fascia that can be an everyday or statement piece, inspired by an architectural building fascia. The black 3D print has an almost leather like texture and the brass catches the light because of its random brush stroke type marks made by hand, which is then lacquered for protection.
This necklace has been CAD designed in-house and 3D printed in a durable, lightweight material called SLS Nylon. Its then coloured in a matt black with a skin safe dye with brushed finished lacquered brass accent half circle and a simple but eye catching black and gold tone snake chain added by hand in my workshop. The chain has a brass slider clasp to enable the necklace to worn at a length of your choice and finished with a branded black charm tag.
- The pendant measure approximately 90mm wide x 15 high and 6mm deep
- The length of the chain is approximately 900mm
- Brass is lead, nickel and cadmium free
Care Instructions: Whilst SLS Nylon is a fairly robust material, it can mark if scratched abrasively and isn’t unbreakable if due care is not taken. It has been dyed with a fabric dye which is penetrated approximately 2/3mm into the Nylon, however it is advisable to keep it away from any chemicals including household cleaning products or any skin products. Clean gently with a damp soft cloth and let dry naturally.
