A beautiful selection of soft & natural colours. Perfect for traditional garden use, floristry, crafts and gift wrapping, it’s available in a range of natural colours for you to get creative with! Made from Dartmoor wool and entirely manufactured in the UK, twool continues doing good after it’s working life by releasing nitrogen as it biodegrades on the compost heap.
Twool twine is strong and because it withstands our British weather, makes it excellent for traditional garden use. Made from underused rare-breed wool, it is soft and kind to plants and is also wonderfully versatile.
British wool is still an underused resource in the UK. We grow it well, it is renewable, strong and durable and, as a natural product, it releases nitrogen as it biodegrades. What’s not to love about that!

Made in Great Britain
Twool is a British brand founded in 2010 with a mission to transform underused UK wool into sustainable, high quality products such as garden twine, nets, bags, hats, and pet leads. The company works with wool from Whiteface Dartmoor sheep, a rare ancient British breed sourced from farmers who practise regenerative agriculture on Dartmoor. All production takes place in Britain, from fleece collection on Dartmoor to spinning and weaving in Yorkshire, reflecting Twool’s dedication to provenance, heritage manufacturing, and full traceability. The brand focuses on sustainability by creating biodegradable wool twine and nets, using low impact dyes, and offering products that serve as a plastic free and environmentally friendly alternative to imported jute or synthetic garden supplies.
